Today's Workout & Meal Plan
Miles Achieved: 0 miles
Morning Workout
Ended up sick this weekend so I haven't worked out since Friday. But on the bright side, I've been conscious of what and how much I'm eating. With the exception of last night's hot pot, I don't eat until I'm super full.

Resolution for 2013
Once again, we are entering a new year. I can't believe how much weight I've gained. I have really let myself go. I've got to seriously keep it in gear by focusing on my health. I see so many people around me with health issues and I need to focus and prevent myself from entering into such issues. Especially once I have children, I will only be worse weight wise.
So with this, I promise myself to eat better. At the moment i am leaning towards a diet of mostly soups. I find they are warm, comforting, filling, and easier to do with my crockpot.
I guess we will see how that works. Crossing fingers.

Getaway to the Cascades
Over this past weekend, Jordan and I went with his sister and about 10 of our closest friends to Rosalyn, Washington where we had rented a cabin that sleeps 14 from All Seasons Vacation Rentals (Cascade Mountain Villa - http://www.allseasonsvacationrents.com/Unit/Details/60796). It was a beautiful cabin with gorgeous winter snowflakes, a hot tub, Christmas tree, and game room. Jordan and I got the master bedroom with King bed + heated bathroom floors.
Overall, we ate lots of soup and got lots of rest. Some of us more than others. :)
